How can you assist SBS clients?
I help by keeping the Falcon (our very own CRM) and other tools looking and running their best for our staff and agents. I help create tools to make assisting our clients a simple and smooth process.
Tell us about yourself!
I was born and lived in St. Louis, MO, until I moved to Columbia for college. I fell in love with the town and decided to stay for work. After some time working as a programmer for another company, I found SBS. I’m glad they decided to put their faith in me! Now I’m enjoying every day, with a great home, a beautiful dog and restless girlfriend (I might have gotten those last two mixed up).

Easygoing, quiet, organized
What do you like to do in your spare time?
When I’m not outside playing with my dog, I’m inside… playing with my dog (I’m not sure if she can stop moving!). I also have friends over every weekend to play games for a healthy dose of co-opetition. I really enjoy turning the speakers up too loud when I’ve got some new tunes and dance-singing at my girlfriend. Sometimes she’s impressed.
