How can you assist SBS clients?
I can best assist clients by being an asset to our admin team and helping them work through escalated situations. We have a lot of moving parts on our team here and getting the right people working together to accomplish something outside of the norm would probably be my best asset.
What is the last book you read and would read again?
Firefly Lane by Kristin Hannah and would absolutely read it again! It is about two friends growing up together and the reason I loved this book so much because it was based around the same timeline as my mom growing up, so I was able to envision her in each specific decade of her life and the music that they would reference were songs my mom definitely listened to.
Tell us about yourself!
Upon graduating from MWSU in 2008, I moved back to Columbia and met my husband Tim. We were married in the fall of 2013 and we’ve since spent our time traveling all over and spoiling our nieces and nephews when we are home. I am currently the Director of Office Operations, and I have the privilege of leading the SBS staff and working closely with the most amazing agents in the business.
What is your favorite comfort food?
Probably a meal with all of my favorite foods made by my favorite people: One of my husband’s special-marinade steaks, my Mom’s sweet potato pie, my Aunts meatloaf, my Mother-in-laws homemade mac & cheese, and then finish it off with my Grandma’s Chocolate Oatmeal Cake
What is one skill you wish you had?
To be a better cook…my cooking has once been described as “It’s not dinner unless someone or something is burnt!” and unfortunately that is the truth.
