With the end of this year’s Annual Enrollment Period and the holiday season on the horizon, we first wanted to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU for your continued trust in SBS as your insurance resource. It’s been a historic Annual Enrollment Period and we’ve been lucky to assist more people than ever before.

If you enrolled in new coverage this Annual Enrollment Period, you should expect your coverage to start on January 1st, 2026. Please keep an eye out for your insurance card in the mail. They will normally arrive sometime before the end of the year, but it is also common for them to arrive sometime in early January. If you haven’t received your ID card within the first few weeks of the new year, give us a call. We’d be happy to help you order a new one. Don’t forget, most carriers give you the ability to access a digital version of your ID card either online or through their mobile app. This is a great way to access your plan’s benefits, if needed, before you’ve received your official ID card.
